I really should have my husband write this review because he spent so much time working with Michelle to get me the engagement ring I wanted. Michelle was so patient, kind and genuine. Anytime we went in, it never felt like she was just trying to make a sale. She genuinely wanted to help us find the perfect piece of jewelry…and she did just that! We bought my engagement ring and both of our wedding bands from Kent’s and I can’t recommend them enough. Take the stress out of making this gigantic purchase and go see Michelle! She’s simply the best!

My (now) fiancé and I loved working with Michelle at Kent Jewelers! I was nervous before the experience because I knew very little about engagement rings, but she spent close to an hour with us having me try on different styles and explaining everything. She also wrote down notes on my preferences so that she could help my fiancé pick out the ring later. The size she recommended from my fitting ended up being perfect. It was a dream experience, and I love my ring! Definitely try this store first!

I cannot recommend Kent Jewelers enough. Michelle is so knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive. It was a pleasure working with her. I went to her for an engagement ring, somewhat of a unique design and not having a full picture of what I wanted. She worked with me for an hour to fine tune my design ideas, and came back to me within a few days with several CAD models. I had given her a very tight timeline, another jeweler had told me it would be impossible, and yet Michelle made it happen. The ring is stunning and I am so pleased.
